Niki's creative journey began during her early years in Africa, drawing with bamboo cane in mud. She has enjoyed exploring a variety of techniques and media ever since.
A commissioned artist, Niki studied at the University of Creative Arts, Surrey and is now based at her home studio in Farnham, Surrey.
Building on her successful ranges of vibrant acrylics, watercolours and mixed-media, Niki is excited to be launching her first range of bronze sculpture.
As a national gymnast in her teens, she is fascinated by movement, energy and life forces - all of which are consistently reflected in her work.
( For me...) “Art is a constant exploration, and often a terrifying one. It can draw upon your deepest spirit before lifting you to a higher place”.
Recent Client response to Niki's Art (July 2017) :
“These are doors to new worlds where colour, light and composition unlock my imagination. My eye is attracted to the variety and the vivacity but it is the spirit that continually delights, that draws me back time and again.”
Niki's works have received popular acclaim locally, nationally, and internationally. They are displayed in private and corporate collections in the UK, France, New York and Dubai.
“The purpose of art is washing the dust of daily life off our souls.”
